1. Warranty Coverage

All jewelry purchased from HuiquanSculpture.com is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Loose stones or broken clasps caused by production faults

  • Plating issues occurring under normal wear conditions within the warranty period

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading, or dents)

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper handling

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Loss or theft

Please note: Minor variations in color or texture are natural characteristics of handmade jewelry and are not considered defects.


2. Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your item is defective and falls under warranty coverage, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at hi@huiquansculpture.com with the following details:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photos or videos of the defect

  2. Our quality assurance team will review your claim within 3–5 business days.

  3. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and further instructions.

  4. Depending on the issue, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you.


3. Repair & Replacement

  • If the product can be repaired, our craftsmen will restore it to its original condition.

  • If repair is not possible, we will send a replacement of the same model (or similar value if unavailable).

  • Replacements do not extend or renew the original warranty period.


4. Warranty for Gifts

If you received a Huiquan Sculpture item as a gift, you are still eligible for warranty service. Please provide the gift giver’s name or order number to help us verify the purchase.


5. Post-Warranty Service

After your 1-year warranty expires, we offer paid repair services for eligible items. Please contact our customer service team for an evaluation and quote.
