Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for most items, provided they meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

All tags, certificates, or accessories must be included.

Custom-made or personalized jewelry (such as engraved or made-to-order items) cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at hi@huiquansculpture.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or defective.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return authorization and detailed return instructions.

Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service.

For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For non-defective returns (such as change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and approval of the refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or sent in error.

If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or credit card provider as processing times may vary.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or design, please contact us first. We will guide you through the process and confirm product availability before you return your item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hi@huiquansculpture.com with photos or videos showing the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund as soon as possible.
