All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website or our Order Tracking page.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at hi@huiquansculpture.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate the package and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries restricted by international trade regulations.
